What should you do if you cannot receive the parcels?

  • It may be delayed. Please be patient.
  • If you cannot receive the parcels after 21 days while the payment is cleared, please feel free to contact us for the tracking information. However, we suggest you to try following steps:
    1. Go to the nearest local post office and tell them your tracking number .you can check your tracking number at your mail .most item value more than USD 20 have tracking number ,low than usd20 items without  .after we sent your order we will send the mail to you .
    2. Ask the staff if there is any parcel from Hong Kong or Singapore
    3. If no parcel can be found, please contact us again.
